Terms of Service

By placing an order on oxyznlab.in you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. Orders are confirmed once payment is received (or verified, for UPI). We may cancel and fully refund an order we can't fulfil.

Custom and personalised prints

You are responsible for the text, images and files you send us, and for having the right to use them. Because 3D prints are made to order, small variations in colour, layer lines and finish are normal and are not defects.

Liability

Our prints are decorative and hobby items unless agreed otherwise in writing. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
